PROJECT HISTORY

In April of 1989, THERMO-CYCLER® GTC-400 Gas Fired Heating Systems were selected for two (2) new warehouse facilities for Days Distribution Services. Days Corp. offers these "Environmentally Awarehouse" spaces for lease to companies which require dry, Food Grade warehouse space with temperatures monitored for F.D.A. compliance. Overhead doors are frequently in use in these facilities.

BOTTOM LINE

Energy efficient heat recovery and air distribution by the Thermo-Cycler Heating System allows Days Distribution Services to comfortably heat 86,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art warehouse space for an average seasonal heating cost of less than 8.8 cents per square foot based on a natural gas cost of 51 cents per Ccf.
