In November of 1989, one (1) THERMO-CYCLER® GTC-400 Gas Fired Heating Units was installed in an existing 7800 sq. ft. facility when this kitchen equipment supply showroom was relocated from another location.

During the first full season of operation, energy efficient recovery of all internal sources of heat gain by THERMO-CYCLER System and effective use of setback controls resulted in a seasonal heating cost of 9.4 cents per square foot based on an average gas cost of $6.28 per Mcf.
