During the first season of operation, energy efficient recovery of all internal sources of heat gain by THERMO-CYCLER System, effective use of the setback controls, and efficient use of air cleaners resulted in a seasonal heating cost of 8.2 cents per square foot based on an average gas cost of $4.56 per Mcf.
